Plan your meals
Given the size of Walt Disney World, leaving
Disney property to dine isn’t the most convenient
option. Being prepared with food for a day at the
parks is highly recommended. Did you know that
you can bring your own food in? For those who
don’t want to buy every meal inside the park,
this is a great option. Pack breakfast, lunch and
snacks, and then splurge a couple of times.
The parks offer a variety of restaurants, from
quick-serve to sit-down options. Many dining
spots in Walt Disney World require reservations.
Guest favorites by park include:
• Be Our Guest, Magic Kingdom
• Yak & Yeti, Animal Kingdom
• Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, Hollywood Studios
• Chefs de France, Epcot

Tips and tricks
Renting a car is highly recommended for anyone
not staying on Disney property. Find amazing car
rental deals using Access. Simply log in to the MTA
Benefits/Access savings site and click on the Car
Rentals tab to book.
If you’re celebrating a birthday or an anniversary —
or it’s your first time visiting Walt Disney
World — make sure you stop at “City Hall”
to pick up a celebratory pin!
Some rides offer a single-rider line option. If you’re
pressed for time or simply don’t want to wait in
long lines, this is a good option to enjoy rides faster.
In order to make the most of your visit at each park,
focus on one area at a time. Doing this will eliminate
extra travel time from one area to another.
Unless you take the transportation provided when
you stay at a Disney property hotel, you will need
to pay to park. Each park offers transportation
options should you choose to park-hop, however.
Modes of transportation are clearly marked at the
entrance to each park.
